BANANA BREAD
I guess it's time to take your vegan banana bread to the next level. If you love chocolate and you couldn't live without it, this is the perfect recipe for you. Simple, tasty and gluten free!

Ingredients
30g (1.1 oz) cocoa powder
50g (1.8 oz) dark chocolate
350g (12.3 oz) oats
4 ripe bananas
30g (1.1 oz) nuts
16g (0.6 oz) baking powder
180ml (6 fl oz) plant milk
Method
Mix oats in a blender until you get oat flour;
Roughly chop dark chocolate and nuts;
In a large bowl mash 3 bananas with a fork or using a blender;
Add baking powder and give it a good stir. Then add the rest of the ingredients, except for oats;
Once you have a uniform mixture, add oat flour and stir it well;
Add the mixture to a loaf pan with parchment paper;
Cut the remaining banana in half lenghtwise and place it on top of your banana bread;
Preheat oven to 180°C (360 ºF) and bake for about 60 mins or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Notes
For the toppings you can get creative. I added just a chocolate spread, I like it simple.
