Who is ready for a picnic with Happy Cashew? This is such a easy recipe.

Ingredients

  • 10g walnuts

  • 5ml olive oil

  • 10g golden raisin

  • 5g pumpkin seeds

  • 1 medium fig

  • 10g brown sugar

  • 150g Happy White, vegan camembert (Happy Cashew)

Method

  1. Pour a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan;

  2. Roast walnuts, golden raisin and pumpkin seeds for 2-3 mins;

  3. Add a fig chopped into small pieces and brown sugar*;

  4. Allow the ingredients to caramelize for 2-3 mins;

  5. Place them on top the vegan camembert from Happy Cashew;

Notes

* Instead of sugar you can use date honey or maple syrup.
