STRAWBERRIES POPSICLES

Ingredients
12 strawberries
100g (3.5oz/⅝ cup) dark chocolate
10ml (0.3fl oz/0.045 cup) coconut oil
20g (0.7oz/0.15 cup) pistachio*
Method
Roughly chop chocolate and place it a bowl;
Microwave it for around 2 mins until it’s completely melted;
Add coconut oil and stir well;
Assemble your skewers as you see in the picture;
Dip the strawberries in the chocolate and then sprinkle on top some finely cut pistachio;
Let them rest in the freezer for around 30 mins.
Notes
* I used pistachio but you can use any nuts you like
If you’re not going to eat them all at once you can leave them in freezer. The next time you’re going to eat your strawberries popsicles, let them defrost at room temperature.
